Seed testing

To be certified, your seed must be tested. You must get each seed lot sampled by a certified seed sampler, who will send it to one of the SASA Licensed Seed Testing Stations in Scotland.

To find a seed sampler, contact SASA or check their register of seed samplers

To get your seed lots certified you must register them on MySEEDS. You will then be able to print SDG 5 forms and sample labels for each lot, which are sent to the seed sampler. Read guidance on how to register your seed lot

Once your testing is complete, you will get a test report for each seed lot on MySEEDS which will confirm whether the lot passed the certification process.
