Complying with data protection laws.

Introduction

Most businesses will collect data in one form or another. If you expect to handle data such as personal information on your staff members or customers you must ensure you are compliant with data protection laws. In addition, you must notify the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) of how your business handles personal data. Registration includes a small fee.
